Gujarati kadhi rice is summer bottled in a bowl – light, golden, and impossibly soothing. 1) Add the contents of the packet into a bowl.
2) Remove the oxygen scavenger sachet used for freshness.DO NOT EAT IT!
3) Pour 250 ml boiling water, stir well, and cover for 7 minutes.
