Shipping Information
We currently ship to all pincodes across India. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

- Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day (Tuesday–Saturday). Orders placed after 12 PM or on Sundays/Mondays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Dispatch Days: Tuesday to Saturday only (No dispatch on Sundays, Mondays, or national/public holidays).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch (depending on your location and courier partner).
- Shipping Partners: We use reputed courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We take utmost care in packing your freeze-dried meals in tamper-proof, moisture-resistant packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed for dispatch.
- Once an order moves to “Processed” or “Dispatched” status, cancellation is no longer possible.
- To request cancellation, write to us immediately at themealboxco@gmail.com with your order number, and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable/consumable nature of food products and strict food-safety regulations, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds on any opened or unopened packs once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items
We feel terrible if something arrives less than perfect! In case you receive:
- Damaged or leaking pouches
- Wrong items
- Missing items

Please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:
1. Send an email to themealboxco@gmail.com with your Order ID.
2. Attach clear photos/videos of the damaged product and outer packaging.
3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours, and try to resolve the issue with best of our capabilities.
