Refund Policy

At The Meal Box Co., we want you completely happy with every order.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancel within 1 hour of placing your order (only if not yet processed/packed).
  • After 1 hour or once processed - dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • Email themealboxco@gmail.com with your Order ID to request, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or certain mistake at customer end, due to food safety regulations.
We will surely resolve any othe issues, at the best of our capabilities, such as:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged/leaking/tampered pouches
  • Missing items

Report within 48 hours of delivery to themealboxco@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/video of the issue

We’ll reply within 24–48 hours and either:

  • Ship free replacement, or
  • Refund the affected items to your original payment method (within 5–7 business days), or
  • Try to resolve the issue, as best as we can.

We pack with care, but if anything’s wrong — we’ll make it right, fast.
