By accessing or using our website (themealboxco.com), placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be fully bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, kindly refrain from using our services.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

1. Business Information
The Meal Box Co. is based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. We manufacture and sell authentic, freeze-dried and ready-to-eat Indian meals, snacks, and related food products through our online platforms.

2. Product Information
- All products are prepared using high-quality ingredients and traditional Indian recipes.
- Our meals are 100% vegetarian (some variants may contain dairy; please check individual product labels).
- Products are freeze-dried in small batches with no added preservatives, artificial colours, or flavours.
- Images, descriptions, and nutritional information are for representational purposes only. Variations may occur due to batch differences or screen display settings.

3. Ordering & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to place an order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our sole discretion (e.g., in case of suspected fraud or violation of these terms).

4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, or discontinue products without prior notice.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, etc.). We do not store your card or banking details.

5. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship to all pincodes across India. International shipping will be available soon.
- Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Saturday (no dispatch on Sundays, Mondays, or public/national holidays).
- Estimated delivery: 4–7 working days within India from date of dispatch.
- Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout.
- Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery/handover to the courier.

6. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are marked as “Processed” or “Dispatched”.
- Once processed - dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Contact us immediately at themealboxco@gmail.com with your order number if you need to cancel or modify, and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of food products and strict food-safety regulations:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on successfully processed - dispatched orders.
- In case of damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order number at themealboxco@gmail.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund for the affected items only, at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including logos, images, text, recipes, product names, and packaging designs—is the exclusive property of The Meal Box Co.and protected under Indian and international copyright & trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance (international), force majeure, or unforeseen events.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues arising from consumption. Customers must check ingredients and allergens listed on each product page before purchase.
- In no event shall The Meal Box Co. or its owners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy (available on the website).

11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
